The Fur Continues to Fly in South Africa

Any compassionate person who has seen the videos of animals who are kept in tiny cages and barbarically slaughtered for their fur would be horrified, but many people haven’t yet learned about the suffering of animals on fur farms, and as a result, they still purchase fur. Frustrated by people’s lack of awareness of the torture and deaths of helpless animals, South African activists from the wonderful local group Fur Free set up a hard-hitting demo in Hyde Park, Johannesburg, to let people know that fashion should be fun, not fatal.  

Fur coats will never warm the cold hearts of the people who wear them. Won’t you please take our pledge to go fur-free today?
