Factory Farming in 60 Seconds Flat
If slaughterhouses had glass walls, it would be easy for us all to see the horrors of the meat, dairy, and egg industries. If we could see inside animal factories and farms, we would see that our entire lives, we’ve been lied to. We’ve been unknowing accomplices to cruelty, and we’ve been a part of the most widespread injustice in history. Every minute of every day in every country around the world, animals are fighting for their lives. They are enslaved, mutilated, beaten, branded, strangled, skinned, scalded, crushed, and cut up so that they can be a part of our daily dinner.
The new video “Factory Farming in 60 Seconds Flat” gives a minute-long glimpse into the world of animals raised for food. In just 60 seconds, you can see the irrefutable evidence that what we call “dinner” was once a cow, a pig, a chicken, and a life. The video shows animals tortured in more ways than can be described: Their skulls are crushed, their bodies are stomped on, and they are raped, hit with crow bars, and cut into pieces while still alive. The list goes on.
